The DRA is seeking proposal responses to DRA / RFP-190225 on which to base the selection and award the contract to a qualified commercial demolition contractor in order to provide the following professional services:
• Commercial Building Demolition
• Concrete Removal
• Asphalt Removal
• Site Preparation for New Use
• Chain Link Construction Fencing
The Authority has executed a ground lease for a portion of Block 333 to develop a new public park. The full block is bordered by Bell Street to the north, San Jacinto Street to the east, Leeland Street to the south, and Fannin Street to the west. The Southern Downtown Park will inhabit three-quarters of a block, approximately one acre, which is currently occupied by Goodyear Auto Service Center. A qualifying contractor will be responsible for providing demolition services for the removal and clean-up of the existing masonry and steel structures.

The deadline for physical receipt of all Proposals is no later than 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 21, 2019.
